A0 — Intro to the course

Familiarize yourself with the course and fill out the intro survey.

What to do

In class

1. Read section 1 of the syllabus.

2. Go to CU succeed and figure out how to sign up for a slot during student hours. You do not need to sign up for a slot yet, just make sure you know how to do it.

3. Start reading section 4 of the syllabus.

At home

1. Fill out the anonymous Intro Survey on Brightspace (module Getting Started).

2. If you do not already have a Discord account, create one.

3. Join the course server using the invite link from Brightspace.

4. Change your display name to your full name. Feel free to use your preferred first name and pronouns, but do include your legal last name.

5. Read the rest of the syllabus.

6. Submit Assignment 0 on Brightspace.
